Last updated: 7 August 2026This page explains the current SPOT workflow and should be read together with the applicable terms and law.
01

Chargeback is not a refund

A chargeback is a provider dispute. SPOT records it separately and links it to the booking, payment, attendance and ledger.

02

Evidence

Evidence may include payment checks, accepted terms, confirmation, messages, QR attendance and completion records.

03

Host balance risk

SPOT may freeze related payouts until the provider decides. A win reverses the dispute entry; a loss becomes a final adjustment.
