Can I book without creating an account?+
Yes. Choose an available date or time, enter the required details and complete payment where needed. SPOT then gives you secure access to manage the booking.
How do I receive my ticket or access details?+
Card-paid and free bookings receive an active QR ticket immediately. Pay-at-venue bookings receive a payment-due QR until venue staff record payment.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?+
Once the booking is confirmed, SPOT gives you the booking reference and any arrival, entry or online access details that apply.
How does location affect what I see?+
SPOT prioritises nearby physical services. You can search another supported city whenever you need to, while online sessions are not ranked by distance.
Can I cancel or request a refund?+
Use the secure Manage Booking link. Eligibility depends on the listing policy and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds return through the payment provider to the original payment method.
How does a host receive booking money?+
After the booking is completed and required checks are finished, eligible host earnings are prepared and sent through the approved payout process.
Does a host approve every card payment?+
No. Successful card payments are verified automatically. SPOT confirms the booking after secure payment verification.
How are online sessions delivered?+
Hosts specify the language, timezone, platform and access instructions. Private joining details are released securely after confirmation.
What happens if a listing is inaccurate or unsafe?+
Do not attend or continue with the service if you reasonably believe it is unsafe. Contact SPOT immediately with the booking reference and relevant evidence. SPOT may pause a listing or account while reviewing the report.
Can entrance scanning work without internet?+
Yes. Hosts can download an encrypted event package and attendee list before entry. The scanner validates downloaded QR tickets and records check-ins locally until synchronisation is available.
When is QR check-in used?+
QR check in is available for classes, workshops and shared spaces where attendance tracking helps. Private appointments do not have to use it.
