Submitting a request
Download account data or request correction, deletion or anonymisation in Settings. Each request gets a traceable reference.
Legal retention
SPOT retains records required for finance, tax, fraud, safety, disputes or audit. Other personal details are removed where allowed.
Identity and access control
SPOT may verify identity for sensitive requests. Only authorised staff can access identity documents, and actions are logged.
