SPOT services
SPOT provides discovery, booking, payment coordination, communication, attendance tools and reporting. Hosts deliver the booked activity.
Commercial terms
Host setup must disclose commission, provider costs and plan charges. Existing bookings keep the calculation accepted at booking.
Operational authority
The host authorises SPOT to record bookings, apply agreed rules, coordinate refunds, preserve evidence and calculate payout eligibility.
Live payment approval
Live payments require a signed agreement aligned with SPOT’s Egyptian legal role, provider settlement structure and tax treatment.
