Hosts must publish accurate prices, capacity, schedules, access details and cancellation rules. Do not list unavailable inventory.
Verification and licences
SPOT may require identity, business, payout or category evidence. Risk-based checks may expire or need renewal.
Confirmed bookings
Confirmed bookings reserve real capacity. Honour them or use SPOT’s cancellation or rescheduling flow for a valid reason.
Payments, refunds and payouts
The provider processes payments. SPOT records fees, refunds and payout eligibility. Hosts must not bypass disclosed SPOT charges.
Team access
Owners must give staff only the access they need and remove it promptly when their work ends.
Safety and conduct
Hosts must provide lawful, safe services, report serious incidents, protect customer data and cooperate with investigations.
