Risk based evidence
Evidence depends on the host, category, booking value and risk. Higher-risk services require stronger checks.
Verification states
Verification can be pending, under review, verified, restricted, rejected, suspended or expired. It does not remove all risk.
Document privacy
Private verification files stay separate from listing media. Only authorised staff can open them, and access is logged.
