Last updated: 7 August 2026This page explains the current SPOT workflow and should be read together with the applicable terms and law.
01

Eligibility after completion

Payout eligibility starts after completion, the protection period and required refund, safety, fraud and chargeback checks.

02

Calculation

The saved price and ledger determine payout after commission, payment costs, host discounts, refunds, reserves and adjustments.

03

Payout destination changes

Changing a payout account requires authentication, owner notice, a security wait and finance approval.

04

Risk holds and failures

SPOT may delay eligible balances for disputes, serious incidents or fraud risk. Failed settlements stay visible and cannot be duplicated.
