Verified booking reviews
Customers review eligible completed bookings. SPOT marks linked reviews as verified; anonymous ratings are not equivalent.
Moderation
SPOT may remove abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, manipulated or privacy-breaking content. Fair criticism stays. Hosts may reply.
Incentives
Any review incentive must be disclosed and cannot require a positive rating. Hidden paid or coerced reviews are prohibited.
